This work offers the screenplay of this 1963 drama art film (the term "ciné-roman" appears as a subtitle on front cover) by Nouveau Roman French writer and filmmaker A. Robbe-Grillet (1922-2008). The film won the Prix Louis Delluc at the Berlin Festival.
