A facsimile reprint of 1777 edition published in Boston by Edward Draper "published and sold by Ira Webster in Hartford 1843" (bottom of second page). This small volume, measuring approximately 3.5" x 4.75" and displays significant external wear, with loss of most of leather backstrip and loss of paper covering boards. Binding is sound. Pages exhibit light foxing. Work is illustrated with woodcuts. There are four pages of prefatory material (introduction & advertisements for this edition) dated 1849/ Jan. 1850, followed by a frontispiece woodcut of John Hancock.
